Built for practical company work

One accountable team from first question to ongoing support

The first operational release focuses on consistent internal handling: lead review, case ownership, document requests, filing checkpoints, deadlines and renewals. That gives clients a reliable service now while deeper automation is introduced only after the process is proven.

Local SME first

A straightforward default path for Singapore businesses, with exceptions identified early.

Evidence before completion

Important steps are reviewed and recorded instead of disappearing into email threads.

Ongoing visibility

Annual work and service renewals remain visible to the internal team.

Controlled automation

Technology prepares and coordinates; people remain responsible for regulated decisions.

Common questions

Before you appoint a corporate secretary

What does a Singapore company need before incorporation?

The filing generally requires an approved company name, business activities, registered office, financial year end, share information, a constitution, shareholders and officers. At least one director must meet Singapore's local residency requirement.

When must a company secretary be appointed?

A Singapore company must appoint a company secretary within six months after registration. The secretary must meet the applicable eligibility and local residency requirements and cannot be the same person as the sole director.

Can a foreign founder incorporate a Singapore company?

Yes, but the company still needs at least one director who meets Singapore's local residency requirements. Foreign-founder cases may also require additional identity, ownership, address or immigration-related review.

Are government fees included in the displayed prices?

No. Published prices are starting service fees for planning. Government charges, nominee arrangements, registered address, complex ownership, accounting, tax and other case-specific work are confirmed in a proposal before engagement.

Will the platform file with ACRA automatically?

No. Digital tools help collect information, coordinate work and maintain visibility. Client acceptance, exception review and statutory filing remain controlled human actions.
